Then of all things..."“If people own the result and feel like a part of the solution, they are going to contribute their best efforts.”  Really? After cutting the 100 year old football program, turning a deaf ear to this community with a lack of transparency, and turning down over $1M is pledges, you say this?  What gives Mr. Shepard? Should we believe your words or your actions?
