Despite the facade they put on, in the end GameStop only cares about the money they can make from you. As a business model it has worked well for them. But from a customer's stand-point there should be other, better options. It sounds like Reset Games -is- that option.    I had the distinct pleasure of working with Shaun Marker's for a few years at GameStop and I would like to congratulate him publicly on his new venture. Shaun has the work ethic and the experience to make a store like Reset Games a place where people can enjoy their video game buying experience. I would highly recommend that any current GameStop customers try it out. A store where you are a customer and not a dollar sign should be a welcome change of pace. It is high time that a retail giant like GameStop had some competition, and it sounds like Reset Games and Shaun have got it off to the right start.    Matt Barnett
